An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely


TYPE: STSP | PACE: Fitness | DISTANCE: 5k (3.1 miles) | TIME: 5:30 PM

Walk Description: The High Valley Runners Walking Group will meet every Wednesday at 5:30 PM for a 5k walk at Body Tune-Up. This walk will be fast-paced with the main objective of getting people outside and leading a healthy lifestyle through exercise.

What to Expect: This will be a 5 kilometer (3.1 mile) walk. This walk focuses on walking as a form of exercise and will not be at a leisurely pace.

Consider Bringing:
– Comfortable socks & shoes
– Light backpack to carry water, snacks if desired
– Several (thinner) layers depending on anticipated temperature

Descripción del Camino: El Corredores de Alto Valle Grupo caminan cada miércoles a las 5:30 PM para un camino de 5 kilometres en Body Tune-Up. Este paseo será de una pasa rápida con el objetivo de hacer que los participantes están viviendo un estilo de vida saludable por ejercicio.

Que Deberían Esperar: Este será un paseo rápido de 5 kilometres (3.1 milles).
